This project explores the tension between the human desire to shape nature and the search for a way to understand it, to become part of it. Even if this connection is only temporary.

Anastasia creates compositions in different environments: on concrete, dry soil, stone, and the human body. Flowers are connected by delicate lines that both support and constrain them, forming temporary systems. On urban surfaces, the plants appear displaced: their presence reveals the human impulse to transfer the living into an artificial environment and give it structure. On stone and soil, the lines seem more natural, yet they still mark boundaries.

The human body is not presented as something separate from this system or as a force governing it. It searches for its place within it, between control and connection, holding on and letting go
